Indolj hosts RCB Padel Masters 2025 to unite Pakistan’s top restaurateurs through sport and collaboration

Indolj, a pioneering restaurant technology company in Pakistan, made waves across the country’s hospitality landscape by organizing the first-ever RCB Padel Masters 2025 on June 17 in Karachi. This groundbreaking event brought together more than 100 of Pakistan’s most prominent restaurant owners and industry leaders for an evening that seamlessly fused competitive sport with meaningful networking and strategy building.

Led by Indolj’s CEO Saad Jangda, the RCB Padel Masters was born out of a clear understanding of the demanding nature of the restaurant business. Operators in this industry rarely find time to step away from daily operations to connect with peers or recharge in a relaxed environment. Jangda’s vision was to create a platform that balanced high-energy engagement with genuine opportunities to collaborate and learn from each other. “Restaurant owners are constantly on their feet, juggling operations and customer service. With RCB Padel Masters, we wanted to create a space where they could relax, compete, connect, and grow together,” he said.

The choice of padel, a fast-growing racket sport, provided the perfect backdrop for both friendly competition and informal discussions. Held at a premier indoor padel venue in Karachi, the event was carefully curated to ensure participants experienced more than just a series of matches. Between gripping rallies and energetic doubles showdowns, the venue buzzed with conversations about innovation, emerging consumer trends, and shared challenges in Pakistan’s dynamic food industry.

Industry veterans who attended were quick to praise the initiative. Adeel Kalia, Director at Kaybees, called it “truly one of the best experiences I’ve had,” highlighting how rare it is to see organizations prioritize such an ideal mix of mental and physical engagement. He emphasized the significance of bringing so many respected restaurant brands together under one roof to explore ideas both on and off the court.

Omer Sheikh, Owner of Karachi Broast, echoed this sentiment. “It was a great pleasure reconnecting with industry professionals after such a long time, it was truly enjoyable,” he noted, appreciating the thoughtful execution of the event. Meanwhile, Khurram Shehzad of Burger O’Clock described it as “a great initiative to bring together all restaurant owners and facilitate networking,” underlining how reconnecting with old friends and colleagues made it a memorable occasion despite the humid weather.

What stood out most about RCB Padel Masters was its seamless blend of sportsmanship and strategic business dialogue. Participants didn’t just arrive to compete; they came with an openness to share insights, explore new partnerships, and discuss ways to adapt to the rapidly changing hospitality environment in Pakistan.

Buoyed by enthusiastic participation and overwhelmingly positive feedback, Indolj now plans to establish the RCB Padel Masters as a recurring feature on the industry calendar. This initiative aligns closely with the company’s broader mission of fostering community within the restaurant ecosystem, going beyond technology solutions to directly cultivate stronger relationships and collaborative growth among Pakistan’s leading food entrepreneurs.

Through events like these, Indolj is not only championing technological innovation in the restaurant sector but also building the human connections essential for driving the industry forward. By uniting business minds on the padel court, the company is setting a new standard for how Pakistan’s hospitality sector can balance work, well-being, and shared progress.
