TASDEEQ is encouraging individuals in Pakistan to take a more active role in understanding their credit information through its digital platform. In a recent update, the credit information bureau highlighted the importance of knowing one’s credit standing when making major financial decisions, applying for financing or managing personal finances. The company said customers can access their Credit Information Report (CIR) through the TASDEEQ App, providing a digital channel for individuals to review information related to their credit profile. TASDEEQ describes itself as a State Bank of Pakistan-licensed credit bureau that collects credit information from member institutions and other sources to support credit decision-making. Its digital services are aimed at making credit information more accessible to individuals while encouraging greater awareness of personal financial standing.
A credit report can provide consumers with information about their borrowing history and outstanding financial obligations, helping them understand how lenders may view their credit profile. TASDEEQ’s recent communication encourages users to obtain their report and use the information to make more informed financial decisions. The company has also been promoting its app as a way for individuals to gain greater visibility into their credit information, positioning digital access as part of broader financial literacy. This is relevant as Pakistan’s credit ecosystem continues to develop beyond traditional banking channels, with private credit bureaus providing services that complement the State Bank’s central credit information infrastructure. SBP explains that private credit bureaus can provide consumers with access to their credit information reports while also offering lenders services such as credit scoring and portfolio monitoring.
TASDEEQ’s digital credit-report service also connects with the wider development of Pakistan’s formal credit market. The company has said that its objective is to improve access to reliable credit information and support more informed lending decisions. Its services collect information from financial institutions and other data sources to build credit profiles for individuals and corporate entities. The company has also developed products for lenders that use credit information and risk assessment to support lending and recovery processes. For consumers, access to their own credit information can provide greater visibility into existing credit accounts, repayment-related information and their overall credit standing. SBP similarly notes that private credit bureaus can help consumers access their credit information and dispute inaccuracies, while enabling lenders to make more informed and timely credit decisions.
The latest campaign comes after TASDEEQ’s recent expansion within Pakistan’s capital-market ecosystem. The company completed its listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in August 2026 after its listing application and prospectus received approvals from PSX and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. PSX records August 24, 2026 as the listing date for TASDEEQ Information Services Limited. The company has continued to position credit intelligence and financial inclusion as central elements of its business, while its latest consumer-focused messaging places greater emphasis on helping individuals understand their financial profiles. By providing digital access to credit reports, TASDEEQ is seeking to make credit information easier for consumers to review and incorporate into their financial decisions.
