Daraz Pakistan Sets New Records in 11.11 Mega Sale as DarazMall Drives Unprecedented Brand Growth

Daraz Pakistan has concluded its 2025 11.11 mega sale with record-breaking performance, reaffirming its position as the country’s biggest online shopping event of the year. This year’s campaign saw exceptional momentum driven largely by DarazMall, the platform’s authenticity-guaranteed channel dedicated to leading brands. According to the company, DarazMall emerged as the most powerful growth engine during the event, with participating brands recording an impressive 50X increase in sales compared to regular days. The surge marked a new benchmark for trusted online shopping in Pakistan as customers gravitated towards verified and authenticated products.

The platform reported millions of shoppers exploring more than 10 million discounted products throughout the campaign. Household names including Knorr, Lipton, Pond’s, Rivaj, Saeed Ghani, Zellbury, J., Stylo, Haier and Meclay ranked among the most-loved brands during the sale. Meanwhile, Haier, Tecno, Samsung, Asim Jofa, JC Buckman, Zero, Nestlé, TCL, Mezan and Cherry were highlighted as some of the fastest-growing brands in this year’s edition.

Across the wider marketplace, Pakistanis showed heightened enthusiasm for categories such as makeup, women’s fashion, audio accessories, skincare and men’s fashion. Among the most-ordered items were lip gloss, mascara, facial serums, unstitched three-piece suits, handbags, winter tracksuits, earbuds, smartwatches, hair straighteners and scented candles. Daraz also noted remarkable traction for newer and emerging brands. Rising names like Loyi, Kabishah, Sereno, MoltyHome, SAC, Organic Inn, Savannah, Fitted, AccuFix Cosmetics and Kingtox leveraged the scale of 11.11 to reach national audiences, many doing so for the first time in their business journey.

Brands that participated in Daraz’s curated shopping windows such as Brand Rush Hour saw some of the most significant boosts in engagement, recording order uplifts of up to 700 percent during the limited-time moments. Marketing activity was strong as well, with up to 2,300 sellers and brands activating Daraz Marketing Solutions advertising tools. This represented a 40 percent year-on-year increase and delivered returns on ad spend as high as 16 dollars for every dollar invested.

The massive customer turnout also translated into the most successful 11.11 performance for sellers. More than 48,000 sellers surpassed their sales from the previous year, marking 2025 as their highest-performing 11.11 to date. Customer experience remained a key operational focus for Daraz throughout the event. The logistics network achieved standout milestones, including completing the longest-distance order delivery of 1,969 kilometers from Karachi to Gilgit. The fastest delivery during the sale reached a customer in just six hours. Overall, the company reported a strong 92 percent customer satisfaction rating for the entire campaign period.

Digital payments continued their upward trajectory as well. Easypaisa, the leading digital payments partner for the event, recorded more than a 12X increase in transaction volume compared to typical trading days. The surge highlighted Pakistan’s accelerating shift toward cashless transactions and the growing adoption of digital wallets and payment cards.

Ehsan Saya, Managing Director at Daraz Pakistan, said the results reflect how deeply e-commerce has become integrated into everyday life in the country. He noted that the 11.11 shopping festival has evolved into a milestone moment in Pakistan’s digital economy, enabling customers to discover new products, helping brands achieve their strongest performance of the year and giving small businesses across the country a national platform. Saya emphasized that the success of this year’s campaign underscores the potential unlocked when technology, logistics and digital payments align effectively. He added that Daraz remains committed to further strengthening its services, protections and opportunities for all participants in the ecosystem.

With DarazMall at the core of record-breaking brand performance, a significant rise in digital payments and millions of customers securing major savings, Daraz Pakistan’s 2025 11.11 event has further cemented its position as the premier online shopping festival in the country.
