Easypaisa Digital Bank Executives Conduct Training Session For NIBAF New Inductees

Easypaisa Digital Bank executives have delivered an on-site training session for new inductees at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), sharing practical knowledge and industry experience from the digital banking sector. The session was led by Mohammad Hasan Ayaz, Chief Technology Officer at easypaisa digital bank, and Muhammad Hassaan Rabbani, Head of Enterprise Architecture at the institution. The training focused on several technology and operational areas that are increasingly relevant to digital financial services, including banking architecture, technology frameworks, integration methodologies, governance, APIs, cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.

According to easypaisa digital bank, the training session was organized at NIBAF as part of an interactive learning experience for its new inductees. Rather than focusing only on theoretical concepts, the session brought practical insights and real-world experiences from the digital banking industry to the participants. The topics covered during the session included Digital Banking Architecture, Technology Frameworks and Integration Methodologies, Technology Governance, APIs, Cloud Management and Infrastructure, Operational Resilience and Deployment Practices, as well as the development of scalable and reliable digital banking solutions.

Digital banking architecture was among the key areas discussed during the training. As financial institutions increasingly rely on technology to deliver banking services, the design and integration of digital systems have become important components of banking operations. The session provided participants with exposure to how technology architecture supports digital banking platforms and how different systems and services can be connected through integration methodologies. APIs were also highlighted as part of the discussion, reflecting their role in connecting applications, platforms and financial services.

Cloud management and infrastructure formed another part of the training delivered by the easypaisa executives. Cloud technologies are increasingly used across financial services for hosting applications, managing infrastructure and supporting digital platforms. Alongside cloud management, the session addressed technology governance, an area that involves establishing processes and controls around the use and management of technology within an organization. Bringing these subjects into the training gave NIBAF inductees an opportunity to understand some of the technology considerations involved in operating modern digital banking services.

The training also covered operational resilience and deployment practices. For digital financial institutions, maintaining reliable services requires technology systems and operational processes that can support continuous service delivery. Deployment practices are similarly important when new features, updates and changes are introduced to digital platforms. By discussing these areas with new banking professionals, the session connected technology concepts with practical considerations involved in managing digital financial services.

A further focus of the session was building scalable and reliable digital banking solutions. As digital banking platforms serve growing numbers of customers and handle a wide range of financial transactions, scalability and reliability are important considerations in technology design. The discussion provided participants with insights into the technical and organizational factors involved in developing digital banking systems that can support changing requirements and expanding services.

The involvement of senior technology professionals from easypaisa digital bank also highlights the growing connection between banking education and industry experience. Mohammad Hasan Ayaz and Muhammad Hassaan Rabbani brought perspectives from technology leadership and enterprise architecture to the NIBAF training session. Their participation provided new inductees with an opportunity to learn directly from professionals working with digital banking technologies and infrastructure.

Easypaisa digital bank said that developing the next generation of technology and banking professionals remains important as financial services continue to evolve. The company linked the development of technology skills with continued innovation and financial inclusion, particularly as digital services become an increasingly significant part of the financial sector. The training at NIBAF therefore combined technical subjects with broader discussions around the development of professionals who may contribute to the future of banking and financial technology.

The session reflects the expanding role of technology knowledge within banking education and professional development. Topics such as APIs, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, technology governance and operational resilience now form an important part of discussions around digital financial services. Through its engagement with NIBAF, easypaisa digital bank has provided new inductees with practical exposure to these areas and insights drawn from its own digital banking operations.
