Mobilink Bank has joined forces with CARE Pakistan to launch the Strive Women program, aimed at empowering 50,000 women entrepreneurs over the next three years.
The partnership will provide women with financial resources, mentorship, and financial literacy training to help them establish or expand their businesses. The program seeks to address the unique challenges women face in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and promote greater financial inclusion and women’s empowerment.
Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, Interim CEO of Mobilink Bank, emphasized the bank’s commitment to empowering women and fostering financial inclusion. He highlighted the bank’s Women Inspirational Network (WIN) program, which has already equipped 15,000 women with the necessary skills to build and grow their businesses.
Adil Sheraz, Country Director of CARE Pakistan, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating that the Strive Women program will provide a robust support system for women-led businesses. He emphasized the importance of addressing the unique challenges women face in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to unlock their full potential.
