The National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) hosted a comprehensive one-day training program on March 4, 2024, focusing on “Financial Inclusion and Women’s Access to Finance.” Attended by 15 participants representing six commercial banks, this event aimed to equip attendees with practical knowledge and strategies to enhance inclusivity and foster better access to financial services for women across Pakistan.
Structured around indigenous case studies, the training program offered valuable insights and expert perspectives to address the challenges hindering women’s participation in the financial sector. Participants engaged in discussions and received guidance on implementing effective strategies to promote financial inclusion and expand women’s access to various financial services.
