NDURE Partners with JazzCash to Launch BNPL for Online Shopping

NDURE, operated by Service Sales Corporation (Pvt.) Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JazzCash to introduce Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) for online orders, giving customers greater flexibility when shopping through NDURE’s online platform. The partnership marks a collaboration between the footwear retailer and digital financial services provider aimed at making online purchases more accessible by allowing eligible customers to pay for their orders through a deferred payment arrangement. Through the new offering, NDURE customers will have an additional payment option alongside existing methods, as the company continues to expand its digital shopping experience for customers across Pakistan.

The MoU signing was attended by representatives from both NDURE and JazzCash. NDURE was represented by Chief Strategy Officer Ahmed Hussain, Head of Marketing Waqas Altaf, Head of E-Commerce Aamir Khan, Assistant Manager E-Commerce Umair Mahmood and Assistant Manager CS & OPS ECOM Ayesha Amjad. JazzCash representatives included HOD Enterprise Umair Ali, Regional Enterprise Manager Sikander Jamshed and Manager Corporate Partnerships Azam Mayo. The companies said the partnership reflects their focus on innovation, customer-focused solutions and creating a more seamless shopping experience. The collaboration is also intended to open new opportunities for customers by connecting NDURE’s online retail platform with JazzCash’s digital payment services.

Under the planned BNPL facility, eligible customers will be able to purchase products online without paying the entire order value upfront, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and terms. BNPL has become an increasingly visible feature of digital commerce, allowing consumers to divide the cost of qualifying purchases into installments rather than making a single payment at checkout. For online retailers, the payment option can provide customers with greater flexibility when making purchases, while digital payment providers can extend their services into e-commerce through partnerships with brands and merchants. The NDURE-JazzCash agreement adds another use case for installment-based digital payments within Pakistan’s growing online retail sector.

The partnership also highlights the increasing connection between e-commerce and digital financial services in Pakistan. Online retailers are increasingly offering customers multiple payment methods as digital shopping expands, including bank cards, mobile wallets and installment-based payment solutions. By introducing BNPL for online orders, NDURE is adding another payment option to its digital shopping experience, potentially giving eligible customers greater flexibility when purchasing products. JazzCash, meanwhile, continues to expand its role as a digital financial services provider by working with businesses and merchants to facilitate electronic payments and other financial solutions for consumers.

The NDURE and JazzCash partnership comes as digital payments and online shopping continue to develop across Pakistan, with retailers and financial service providers exploring new ways to make digital transactions more convenient for customers. The introduction of BNPL can provide an alternative to conventional upfront payments for eligible NDURE shoppers while bringing another digital finance service into the e-commerce checkout process. As the partnership progresses, the BNPL facility is expected to become part of NDURE’s online ordering experience, giving customers across Pakistan another way to manage payments when shopping through the brand’s digital platform.
