SLIC Launches Digital Services, Enhances Insurance Experience

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) on Thursday launched its new digital services and communication framework at the SLIC Summit 2024. The event, inaugurated by Federal Minister of Commerce Jam Kamal Khan, showcased SLIC’s contributions to Pakistan’s insurance sector and its commitment to innovation.

SLIC’s CEO, Shoaib Javed Hussain, emphasized the importance of digital transformation in delivering transparent, efficient, and accessible insurance services. The company’s new digital platform includes a revamped website and three mobile applications: MySLIC, State Life Health Plus, and SLIC Agent Pro.

The summit also highlighted SLIC’s role in Pakistan’s national social health programs and its impact on capital markets. A panel discussion featuring industry experts explored the challenges and opportunities in the Pakistani healthcare and financial sectors.

SLIC’s digital initiatives aim to streamline insurance processes, improve customer experience, and enhance its position as a leading insurance provider in Pakistan.
