Rayyanco Introduces Next Generation ATM With Touch PIN Technology

Rayyanco Business Systems has announced the launch of a next-generation ATM featuring a PCI-certified touch encrypted PIN pad and an enhanced HTML-based user interface. The company said the new ATM technology introduces a different approach to PIN entry by replacing the traditional physical Encrypting PIN Pad (EPP) with a secure touch-based system designed to encrypt PIN input. The development brings together changes in ATM hardware and interface technology, with Rayyanco positioning the solution as an advancement in banking technology and ATM security for Pakistan’s financial sector.

The newly introduced ATM uses a touch-based PIN entry system with an encrypted architecture designed around PCI certification requirements. Unlike conventional ATMs that rely on a physical EPP for PIN entry, the new solution incorporates touch technology into the PIN entry process. The move reduces reliance on mechanical components within the ATM while introducing a digital interface for one of the most important stages of a cash withdrawal or other ATM transaction. Rayyanco said the touch encrypted PIN pad is intended to provide advanced security while also supporting changes in the way customers interact with ATM terminals.

The ATM also features an enhanced HTML-based user interface, adding a more flexible digital layer to the customer interaction experience. HTML-based interfaces can support modern graphical layouts and provide greater flexibility in presenting information and transaction options compared with traditional ATM interfaces. The combination of the new interface with a touch-based PIN pad is intended to create a more contemporary customer experience while maintaining the security requirements associated with PIN-based banking transactions. Rayyanco said the solution offers an improved user experience alongside its security and operational features.

According to Rayyanco, reducing mechanical dependency is another key aspect of the new ATM design. Traditional ATM components can involve physical mechanisms that require maintenance and replacement over time, while reducing the number of mechanical elements can potentially simplify certain aspects of ATM operations. The company also highlighted improved operational reliability as one of the expected benefits of the new technology. The combination of touch-based PIN entry, PCI-certified security architecture and a modern user interface is designed to address both customer-facing and operational considerations within ATM deployments.

The launch comes as banks and financial institutions continue to adopt new technologies to modernize customer-facing banking infrastructure. ATMs remain an important access point for financial services, particularly for customers who rely on cash withdrawals and other self-service banking functions. Rayyanco’s latest solution reflects the continued evolution of ATM technology through the integration of touch interfaces, encrypted PIN entry and software-based user experiences. The company said the new ATM supports its focus on banking technology and digital transformation across Pakistan’s financial sector, with the development also referencing collaborations and industry connections involving institutions such as Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank and GRG Banking.
