QSPL and Unikrew Solutions Join Forces for AI-Driven Digital Identity and Interoperable Finance

QSPL, a leading digital payments and financial services platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Unikrew Solutions, Pakistan’s premier provider of digital identity, AI-driven onboarding, and Islamic digital finance technologies. The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony attended by senior leadership from both organizations, including Muhammad Saad Khan, CEO of QSPL, and Muhammad Naveed Sharif, CEO of Unikrew Solutions.

This collaboration unites QSPL’s growing digital financial ecosystem with Unikrew Solutions’ advanced identity and trust infrastructure, aiming to enable secure, compliant, and interoperable digital financial services. The partnership is aligned with the State Bank of Pakistan’s Agent Interoperability Framework (AIF) and supports broader national goals of financial inclusion and digital transformation.

Under the agreement, Unikrew Solutions will provide QSPL with comprehensive digital identity services, including eKYC, biometric verification, and AI-powered digital onboarding. These capabilities will enhance agent-based financial services by strengthening customer trust, reducing fraud risks, and ensuring full compliance with AML/CFT regulations. In addition, the integration is designed to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and scalable customer experience across interoperable platforms.

The partnership directly advances the objectives of SBP’s Agent Interoperability Framework by enabling standardized and trusted digital onboarding across agent networks, secure customer mobility between platforms and financial institutions, enhanced fraud prevention through biometrics and AI, and scalable, Shariah-compliant digital financial journeys.

Commenting on the collaboration, Muhammad Saad Khan stated, “This strategic partnership with Unikrew Solutions represents a significant milestone in QSPL’s mission to build a secure, interoperable, and future-ready digital financial infrastructure. As agent interoperability becomes a cornerstone of Pakistan’s digital finance landscape under SBP’s framework, robust digital identity and trust capabilities are essential. Unikrew Solutions’ expertise in AI-driven identity and onboarding strongly aligns with our vision for scale, security, and financial inclusion.”

Muhammad Naveed Sharif added, “We are pleased to partner with QSPL at a defining moment for Pakistan’s digital financial ecosystem. Unikrew Solutions is focused on building trusted digital identity foundations that enable interoperability, regulatory compliance, and inclusive growth. By integrating our AI-driven onboarding and identity technologies with QSPL’s platform and SBP’s Agent Interoperability Framework, we aim to facilitate secure access, faster onboarding, and sustainable innovation across digital and agent-based financial services.”

The partnership highlights QSPL and Unikrew Solutions’ shared commitment to innovation, regulatory excellence, security, and financial inclusion. It establishes a strong foundation for long-term collaboration as Pakistan’s interoperable payments, branchless banking, and Islamic digital finance ecosystems continue to expand.
