Easypaisa and Dukan Partner to Streamline Digital Payments and Ordering

Easypaisa, Pakistan’s premier digital financial services platform, has forged a strategic alliance with Dukan, a leading e-commerce infrastructure solution, aiming to revolutionize the consumer experience in digital payments and ordering.

With a shared vision of reshaping Pakistan’s financial services landscape, easypaisa is dedicated to providing swift access to convenient digital financial services. Dukan, on the other hand, specializes in crafting digital banking software and e-commerce infrastructure, bridging connections between retailers, distributors, and manufacturers while embedding financial services seamlessly.

Under the easypaisa MiniApps umbrella, this collaboration aims to offer users a seamless and efficient ordering and digital payments experience. The MiniApps platform serves as a one-stop solution where users can explore diverse categories, place orders, and conduct payments effortlessly via easypaisa, all within a few taps and without leaving the app.

As part of the partnership, Dukan will serve as an aggregator, integrating partners into the easypaisa MiniApp for food and lifestyle categories. This integration will empower users to conveniently place orders and make payments directly within the easypaisa app.

In its initial phase, easypaisa will onboard renowned restaurants from Lahore onto the MiniApps platform, including Smash Burgers, Ammi ki Nihari, and Zenith Store.

The partnership agreement, sealed by Farhan Hassan, Head of easypaisa Wallet Business, and Monis Rahman, Co-Founder of Dukan, marks a significant milestone in providing enhanced user experiences on the easypaisa platform. Senior representatives from both organizations were present at the signing ceremony held at easypaisa’s Islamabad office.

Farhan Hassan expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “At easypaisa, we are committed to continually enhancing our platform and introducing new services to meet the evolving needs of our users. By integrating lifestyle apps via easypaisa, we aim to provide our customers with greater convenience and accessibility. This partnership marks another significant step towards achieving that goal.”

This strategic alliance promises easypaisa users a more streamlined and efficient ordering experience, reinforcing easypaisa’s position as the leader in Pakistan’s digital financial services landscape, dedicated to fostering financial inclusion through innovation.
