KT Bank Partners with Sofcom for Enhanced Payroll & HR Efficiency

KT Bank Pakistan Limited (under formation) has forged a strategic partnership with Sofcom Pvt Ltd, a renowned provider of Payroll and Human Resource Management solutions, in a move to enhance its operational efficiency. The collaboration, which focuses on streamlining payroll processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling KT Bank to prioritize its core banking functions, marks an important step for the bank as it prepares for its market entry.

The signing ceremony, which took place in Karachi, brought together senior representatives from both organizations. The KT Bank team included Ahsan Aziz, Chief Operating Officer; Asif Saeed Sindhu, Chief Financial Officer; Hasnain Khoja, Head of Retail; Ahmed Saqib Asad, Chief Technology Officer; Javed Siddiqui, Chief Risk Officer; Imran Dhedhi, Head of Operations; and Fahad Rizvi, HR Manager. Sofcom Pvt Ltd was represented by Mehdi Raza, Director of Business Development, and Yasin Ali, General Manager of Marketing.

During the event, Ahsan Aziz, COO of KT Bank, emphasized the significance of the partnership in driving operational efficiency through technology.
