Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT has begun trading on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange as of Thursday, September 17, 2026, marking the formal listing of the real estate investment trust on the exchange. Trading will settle on a T+1 basis, with the first settlement date falling on Friday, September 18, 2026, following the standard settlement cycle used across the exchange’s Ready Market.
The exchange has assigned the REIT scheme the market symbol NNAR, with a market lot set at one unit priced at Rs 10 each. The opening price was fixed at Rs 23 per unit, determined through the book-building process ahead of the listing, and normal circuit breakers will apply on the opening price within the Ready Market, in line with standard trading rules applied to newly listed securities on the exchange.
The units have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company, with all transactions in the REIT to be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited is acting as the share registrar for the scheme, handling the administrative processes tied to unit ownership and transfers. The REIT will be quoted under the Real Estate Investment Trust sector in the exchange’s daily quotations, giving investors a dedicated category to track its performance alongside other listed securities.
Following a review of its latest financial statements and the nature of its business, the REIT has been deemed Shariah-compliant under the KMI All Share Index screening criteria, making it eligible for inclusion in the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index from its listing date. The listing was disseminated through a formal notification to the exchange, and no further details were shared regarding trading volumes or investor demand since trading began earlier today.
