Symmetry Group Subsidiary Iris Digital Secures Major Rs750 Million Service Agreement with JazzCash

Iris Digital Private Limited, a specialized subsidiary of the publicly listed Symmetry Group Limited, has officially formalized its third major service agreement with JazzCash. The execution of this contract marks a significant milestone for the company, solidifying its position as a primary partner for one of the largest mobile wallet and branchless banking platforms in the country. This formal agreement follows a competitive bidding process where Iris Digital was initially selected as the preferred bidder earlier this year. With this latest signing, the group has successfully concluded a series of planned engagements aimed at expanding its footprint in the digital financial services sector.

The newly signed contract is structured to cover a comprehensive range of digital and creative services over a three year period. According to the official documentation filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the agreement became effective on April 1, 2026. Under the terms of the arrangement, Iris Digital will lead the creative and digital strategy for JazzCash, ensuring that the brand maintains its competitive edge in an increasingly crowded fintech landscape. The collaboration is expected to focus on enhancing user engagement, driving digital adoption, and supporting the marketing initiatives of the branchless banking giant through data-driven and technology-led creative solutions.

From a financial perspective, this partnership represents a substantial boost to the Symmetry Group revenue stream. The agreement is projected to contribute approximately Rs250 million per annum to the group consolidated revenues. Over the full three year duration of the contract, the estimated aggregate value is expected to reach approximately Rs750 million. This steady influx of capital is anticipated to provide the group with the financial flexibility needed to further invest in its technological infrastructure and human capital. Management has expressed confidence that this predictable revenue growth will translate into enhanced value for shareholders and stakeholders alike.

The formalization of this JazzCash agreement completes a trifecta of successful assignments that began with an initial disclosure on January 28, 2026. At that time, Iris Digital was identified as the winning bidder for three distinct assignments related to the Jazz ecosystem. The first two service agreements, which focused on digital and creative services for Jazz, were executed in previous months. This third and final contract with JazzCash serves as the definitive conclusion to that strategic bidding cycle. By securing all three assignments, Symmetry Group has demonstrated its capacity to manage large scale mandates for major corporate clients simultaneously.

This development is viewed as a strong endorsement of the technical and creative capabilities within Iris Digital. As the digital economy in Pakistan continues to evolve, the demand for integrated marketing and technology services is on the rise. Symmetry Group has been proactive in expanding its operational capacity across major urban centers like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad to meet these growing demands. The successful execution of this high value contract with JazzCash not only strengthens the group portfolio but also highlights the critical role of specialized digital agencies in supporting the transformation of Pakistan financial services industry. All arrangements under this contract remain subject to the standard terms and conditions outlined in the agreement and regulatory filings.
