FBR awarded a license to M/s Haball (Pvt.) Ltd., Karachi, for integrating electronic invoicing systems.
In March 2024, FBR invited companies to compete for licenses to become electronic invoicing integrators. These systems follow regulations outlined in the amended Sales Tax Rules (2006) and Income Tax Rules (2002).
After receiving 38 applications, a designated committee evaluated them and recommended M/s Haball (Pvt.) Ltd. for the license. FBR’s Member Digital Initiatives approved the recommendation, granting the license to M/s Haball (Pvt.) Ltd. (NTN 7623346).
This license grant signifies progress in Pakistan’s implementation of electronic invoicing systems, aiming to streamline tax collection and business operations. The official license will be published on the FBR website.
