Ozoned Digital CEO to Address IT-Driven Insurance Distribution at EIPCP Awareness Meetup 2025

In a continued effort to promote digital innovation in Pakistan’s insurance sector, the Empower Insurance Professionals Community Pakistan (EIPCP) has announced its keynote speaker for the upcoming Insurance Awareness Day Meetup 2025. Mr. Nomaan Bashir, Co-Founder and CEO of Ozoned Digital, a rising player in the InsurTech landscape, will take the stage to share insights on the role of technology in transforming insurance distribution channels across the country.

The event, scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM, will be held at the Faletti’s Express Hotel, Shimla Hill, Lahore. It is set to gather industry professionals, tech innovators, insurers, and key stakeholders to discuss the future of insurance in Pakistan.

Mr. Bashir will deliver a keynote address titled “Distribution of Insurance through IT-Based Channels,” focusing on how digital transformation is reshaping the insurance value chain. He is expected to highlight the significance of integrating tech-driven platforms to enhance accessibility, affordability, and operational efficiency in insurance services.

Ozoned Digital, under Bashir’s leadership, has been recognized for developing tailored digital insurance solutions aimed at reaching underserved markets through non-traditional distribution frameworks. The company is actively contributing to expanding Pakistan’s insurance penetration by leveraging digital infrastructure and real-time analytics.

The event also features Mr. Asher Faisel Khan, further adding depth to the discussion around emerging technologies and alternative distribution channels. The broader theme of the meetup revolves around how technology and innovation are fostering inclusivity and awareness in an industry often criticized for limited outreach and outdated practices.

EIPCP, which has a growing online community of over 6,000 professionals, aims to drive collaborative dialogue within the industry while promoting talent development and innovation. This year’s meetup is positioned as a key opportunity to explore how Pakistan’s insurance sector can evolve through strategic digital transformation.

Attendees will gain exposure to emerging InsurTech trends, including digital policy issuance, app-based claim management, embedded insurance products, and usage-based models, which are increasingly gaining traction globally and beginning to take root locally.

The meetup is backed by several major sponsors from the insurance ecosystem, including EFU General Insurance Limited, IGI General Insurance Ltd., Century Insurance Company Limited, East West Insurance Company Limited, and Atlas Insurance Limited. Other supporters include InXureHub, JAP Insurance Brokers, B2B Surveyors, Habib Risk Consultants (HRC), and Insurance Journal Pakistan.

Organizers have encouraged interested professionals to register through the official form link provided and noted that sponsorship and inquiry channels remain open for engagement.

With stakeholders from both traditional and digital sectors of the insurance market coming together, the 2025 edition of Insurance Awareness Day is expected to spark forward-thinking discussions around regulatory reform, innovation-led growth, and the future of inclusive insurance in Pakistan.
