Mobilink Bank has extended its MobiLeads 3.0 AI learning initiative into a 30-Day AI Championship Journey aimed at helping participants apply artificial intelligence to everyday workplace tasks. The initiative focused on moving beyond basic AI awareness by encouraging participants to experiment with the technology across practical professional scenarios.
Guided by an AI Coach, participants explored different ways to use AI for emails, reports, presentations, analysis, brainstorming, and workflow improvement. The program was designed to help participants incorporate AI into their regular work and identify practical ways the technology could support everyday responsibilities.
A total of 35 women participated in the 30-day journey, with 56% reaching AI competency and 11 participants achieving the AI Leader level. The initiative also recorded more than 2,600 conversations, while participants reported saving more than 12 hours every week through AI-supported workflows.
Mobilink Bank said the initiative is helping AI become part of how participants work, allowing them to spend less time starting tasks from scratch and more time on thinking, decision-making, and activities that add greater value.
The 30-Day AI Championship builds on the AI session conducted during MobiLeads 3.0. Mobilink Bank acknowledged Raheel Waqar and Usman Zahid for establishing the foundation through the initial AI session, while participants continued learning, testing, and sharing their experiences throughout the 30-day journey.
