Imtiaz Stores has gone live on Raast P2M Dynamic QR, allowing customers across its stores in Pakistan to make digital payments through Raast-enabled banking applications. The integration is designed to make grocery payments faster by removing the need to enter payment amounts manually or rely on cash at checkout.
Under the Dynamic QR system, the payable amount is already embedded in the QR code generated for a transaction. Customers can scan the code using a participating banking app, confirm the amount and complete the payment, creating a simpler checkout experience compared with manually entering transaction details.
The integration brings Raast’s merchant payment infrastructure to one of Pakistan’s major retail chains, giving shoppers another option for cashless transactions. The system can also reduce friction at checkout by allowing customers to complete payments through their existing banking applications without requiring separate payment processes.
The launch represents another development in the expansion of Raast P2M payments across Pakistan’s retail sector. With more merchants adopting QR-based payment solutions, integrations such as the one with Imtiaz Stores are contributing to the wider adoption of digital payments and supporting the shift toward faster and more convenient cashless transactions.
