AssanPay Launches Merchant App To Manage Payments Collections And Settlements From One Platform

AssanPay has launched its Merchant App, a new digital platform designed to give businesses greater control over their payments, collections and settlements from a single application. The fintech company announced the launch through its official social media channels, positioning the application as a centralized tool that brings key payment-related activities together for merchants. The app is intended to provide businesses with access to their payment operations through a mobile platform, allowing them to manage relevant activities from one place.

The AssanPay Merchant App focuses on three core areas of business payment management: payments, collections and settlements. By bringing these functions into one application, the platform is designed to provide merchants with a more centralized way of managing their financial transactions. AssanPay described the product as an application that puts the tools businesses need to manage their payment activities directly in their hands, although the company has not yet disclosed detailed information about the specific features available within each function.

The launch adds another merchant-focused service to Pakistan’s growing digital payments ecosystem, where businesses increasingly require digital tools to receive payments, manage collections and monitor settlement activities. A dedicated merchant application can provide businesses with a single interface for handling these functions rather than relying on separate processes. However, AssanPay’s announcement does not specify the types of merchants eligible to use the application, supported payment methods, transaction limits, settlement timelines or any applicable fees.

AssanPay has positioned the Merchant App as a solution aimed at helping businesses manage their payment operations more efficiently from their mobile devices. The company’s announcement does not provide further details about the app’s rollout, including whether additional features will be introduced, the specific markets or merchant segments being targeted, or the technology and payment networks supporting the platform. Further information from AssanPay would be required to establish the full scope of services available through the new Merchant App.
