1LINK has onboarded the Balochistan Food Authority on its 1BILL payment platform, giving customers a convenient way to make associated payments through a range of available channels. The integration allows customers to use their 1BILL invoice or voucher number to complete payments through participating banking and payment channels.
Under the new arrangement, customers of the Balochistan Food Authority can make payments through mobile and internet banking, automated teller machines (ATMs), over-the-counter (OTC) channels and branch banking. Customers can enter their 1BILL invoice or voucher number through these channels to process their payments.
The integration provides customers with greater flexibility by offering both digital and physical payment options. Mobile and internet banking allow customers to make payments remotely, while ATMs, branches and OTC channels provide alternatives for those who prefer in-person or other banking touchpoints.
The onboarding also extends the use of 1BILL for payments related to government and public-sector services. By connecting the Balochistan Food Authority with multiple payment channels through a single bill payment infrastructure, the integration can simplify the collection process for customers and the institution.
The development adds another public-sector organization to the 1BILL ecosystem as digital payment channels continue to expand across Pakistan. Customers can now use their invoice or voucher details to access a broader range of payment options when settling their associated Balochistan Food Authority payments.
