PMIC And Telenor Bank to Digitize Microfinance Operations

Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company (PMIC) and Telenor Bank recently signed an MoU to digitize microfinance operations across the country. The MoU was signed by Mr. Yasir Ashfaq Chief Executive Officer PMIC and Mr. Shahid Mustafa, Chief Executive Officer, Telenor Bank. The MoU identifies areas of collaboration between the two institutions whereby as the apex institution and sector developer, PMIC will link eight of its partner microfinance institutions with Telenor Bank. Linking of these eight borrowing institutions with Telenor Bank completes the digitization of microfinance operations.
