Khushhali Microfinance Bank Transforms to Modern Core and Digital Platform from Temenos

Islamabad, Pakistan– Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited, the largest microfinance bank in Pakistan, announced that it has successfully gone live with a full suite of Temenos Financial Software thanks to the combination of  its partners Temenos the world’s #1 Banking Software  and NdcTech award winning  IT provider specializing in banking.
The Bank has deployed with NdcTech the full suite from Temenos with Pakistan Model Bank approach, which enables pre-configured country specific functionality for Temenos Core Banking; Digital Platform (Internet and Mobile); Financial Crime Mitigation (FCM) and Analytics. This will help the bank to accelerate its strategic growth plans.
Temenos CBS has converged five banking systems into T24 Core through big bang approach with 186 branches and service centers, servicing two million plus customers and processing eight hundred thousand loans. The bank has also enhanced its digital channels for Internet and Mobile Banking along with enablement of Field Officers for loan processing digitally.
Khushhali bank is the 12th Bank to have completed the transformation with Temenos and NdcTech in Pakistan. This success story proves that when teams with diverse expertise and domains collaborate, they can produce extra ordinary results.
