IBA CICT Partners with Meezan Bank to Launch Digital Marketing Cohort Under Meezan Justuju Program

Karachi, January 23, 2026 – The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, through its Center for Innovation, Creativity and Technology (CICT), in partnership with Meezan Bank Limited, has officially launched the Meezan Justuju Program – Digital Marketing Cohort. The program, which commenced today, is designed to equip young professionals with practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge, preparing them for thriving careers in Pakistan’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The Meezan Justuju Program represents a strategic collaboration between academia and the financial sector, aimed at developing the next generation of digital talent. By combining the educational expertise of IBA CICT with Meezan Bank’s industry insights and real-world operational experience, the initiative provides participants with an immersive learning environment that bridges theoretical knowledge and practical application.

The cohort focuses on digital marketing competencies, emphasizing hands-on training in areas such as content strategy, social media campaigns, search engine optimization, analytics, and digital customer engagement. Participants will gain direct exposure to real-world projects and case studies, allowing them to apply their learning in practical scenarios and build a portfolio of work aligned with industry expectations.

Program coordinators highlighted the importance of industry mentorship in the cohort, ensuring that each participant benefits from guidance by experienced professionals from Meezan Bank and partner organizations. This mentorship component is designed to help students understand current market trends, develop strategic thinking, and refine the skills required to succeed in a competitive digital economy.

The Meezan Justuju Program also aims to foster entrepreneurship, encouraging participants to develop innovative marketing campaigns, explore fintech applications, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within Pakistan’s financial and corporate sectors. Through collaborative projects and interactive workshops, students are exposed to the evolving challenges of digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled customer engagement strategies.

Speaking at the launch, representatives from IBA CICT emphasized that the program aligns with the institute’s mission to nurture future-ready professionals who can lead in the digital age. The partnership with Meezan Bank underscores the importance of industry-academia collaborations in enhancing employability, promoting skill development, and supporting Pakistan’s growing digital economy.

The Meezan Justuju Program – Digital Marketing Cohort is set to run over several weeks, with participants completing modules that integrate theory, practical exercises, and mentorship sessions. By the end of the program, students will have gained a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics, positioning them to take confident steps toward impactful careers in fintech, banking, and digital services.

This initiative reflects the increasing focus of Pakistan’s educational and financial institutions on digital literacy, professional skill-building, and preparing a workforce capable of meeting the demands of a technology-driven economy. By fostering talent in digital marketing and fintech applications, IBA Karachi and Meezan Bank aim to contribute to a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals ready to drive innovation and growth across the country’s digital ecosystem.
