Cordoba Financial Services Appoints Joint Advisors For Proposed IPO And Listing On Pakistan Stock Exchange

Cordoba Financial Services Limited (CFSL), an 80% shareholding subsidiary of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL), has appointed Topline Securities Limited, LSE Capital Limited and Growth Securities Limited as joint lead consultants and financial advisors for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The appointment marks an important step in CFSL’s plans to access the country’s capital markets through a public offering. The advisors will provide financial and advisory support throughout the IPO process and assist the company in matters related to its proposed listing on the PSX.

CFSL may appoint additional consultants or advisors as required during the IPO process, depending on the requirements of the transaction. The development was disclosed by Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited through a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The appointment of the advisory firms is expected to support CFSL in preparing for the various regulatory, financial and procedural requirements associated with the proposed offering and listing.

The proposed IPO would provide CFSL with an opportunity to raise capital through Pakistan’s equity market while also potentially expanding its shareholder base. The company will need to complete the relevant regulatory and procedural requirements before proceeding with the offering. Further details regarding the size, structure, timing and other terms of the IPO are expected to be announced as the process moves forward.

Cordoba Financial Services is part of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited, with the parent company holding an 80% stake in CFSL. The appointment of three financial advisory firms indicates that preparations for the proposed public offering are progressing, although the final IPO structure and timeline remain subject to regulatory approvals and other necessary conditions.
