Mobilink Bank Enhances Digital Banking with Temenos Core Through Strategic Partnership with Systems Limited 

Mobilink Bank, Pakistan’s leading digital microfinance institution, has announced a strategic partnership with Systems Limited to modernize its core banking platform using Temenos Core. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Mobilink Bank’s digital transformation journey, aimed at enhancing business and operational capabilities while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

As the first bank in Pakistan to upgrade to the Temenos R23 platform, Mobilink Bank is poised to lead the way in modernizing banking services within the country. This upgrade will be deployed on a cloud-based infrastructure (OKE), offering greater flexibility and scalability for the Bank’s operations. The new platform will also enable Mobilink Bank to streamline internal processes, allowing for increased agility in the fast-evolving financial landscape.

Mobilink Bank, part of the global VEON group that serves nearly 160 million customers across six markets, is committed to financial inclusion and excellence in customer service. This partnership underscores the Bank’s dedication to leveraging cutting-edge technology to better serve its customers.

In this collaboration, Systems Limited will implement Temenos Core, along with Advanced Collections and Data Hub, to accelerate innovation and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities. With over 12 years of collaboration, Systems Limited brings extensive experience as a Temenos Delivery Partner to ensure a seamless transition and compliance with local regulations through their Pakistan Model Bank accelerators.
