AKD Securities Limited, in collaboration with the Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Gilgit-Baltistan, is set to host an exclusive online session under its InvestHer initiative for women in Gilgit-Baltistan. The session, titled “Transforming Savings into Investments,” will focus on the fundamentals of saving, investing and building a stronger financial future, with the initiative aimed at encouraging greater participation of women in financial and investment activities.

The online session is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the basic principles of managing savings and converting them into investment opportunities. The session is designed to provide accessible financial education while helping participants develop a better understanding of how investment decisions can contribute to long-term financial planning.

The session will be led by Hina Dhedhi Junaid, Chairperson of AKD Securities Limited, and Khushnoor Didar, Founder President of the Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Gilgit-Baltistan.
