ECom Matrix ’26 By Deplogix Gathers E-Commerce Experts In Karachi

E-COM MATRIX ’26 brought together some of Pakistan’s leading e commerce founders, operators, payment specialists, and technology experts for a high engagement industry gathering in Karachi focused on scaling online businesses through automation, customer retention, operational efficiency, and payment optimization. Hosted at SEIC in Gulistan e Johar, the event featured keynote sessions, live demonstrations, networking opportunities, and practical discussions around the future of Pakistan’s digital commerce ecosystem.

The event lineup included speakers from Deplogix, Payfast, DigiKhata, Intellexal Solutions Private Limited, Ginkgo Retail, and J. Junaid Jamshed Private Limited, with each session focusing on challenges currently faced by growing online brands in Pakistan. Faheem Khan, Associate Director at Intellexal Solutions Private Limited, discussed how automated communication channels including SMS, WhatsApp, and digital engagement tools can help businesses improve customer retention and build long term relationships after the initial sale. His session focused on reducing customer drop offs and using automated touchpoints to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Mahwish Saad Khan, Chief Business Officer at Payfast, highlighted the importance of frictionless checkout experiences and secure payment systems for improving conversion rates. She shared insights into reducing cart abandonment while also enabling local brands to accept international payments and expand beyond domestic markets. Waqas Sheikh, Business Head at DigiKhata, addressed the operational side of e commerce growth, explaining how brands can streamline logistics, backend workflows, and fulfillment systems to handle increasing order volumes more efficiently.

Another major session at the event featured Muhammad Salik Gadit, GM Ecommerce at J. Junaid Jamshed Private Limited, who spoke about how AI driven systems, automation tools, and data focused strategies are shaping modern e commerce growth in 2026. His session explored how brands can improve operational performance, customer experiences, and scalability through intelligent backend systems and digital infrastructure. Ghayour Abbas, Head of Business Development at Ginkgo Retail, conducted a live demonstration of the company’s OMS platform, showcasing how integrated systems can simplify operations by synchronizing inventory, backend processes, and order management across multiple channels. Malik Sajid Riaz, Founder of E-COM MATRIX and CEO of Deplogix, also delivered a keynote focused on scaling e commerce businesses through analytics, structured execution, and technology adoption. Drawing from business transformation examples shared during the session, he emphasized the role of data backed decision making in improving operational consistency and long term profitability for online sellers.

The event also received strong engagement from the wider e commerce and retail community, with several business leaders sharing their feedback following the sessions.
